My name is Gary Brenden, President of Brenden Auctions, and I would like to explain our services we offer. We have been in business for approximately two years. Our focus as of January 1, 2012 is foreclosures, reposessions, and bankruptcies. I think you could benefit from utilizing our services that we have listed below!

Brenden Auctions will do the following for you:
  1. Obtain a market analysis with a local realtor.
  2. Take pictures of the property and post them online.
  3. Inspection and recommendation of what to do to make the property most salable.
  4. Provide you with bids from licensed contractors if improvements are needed.
  5. Arrange for winterization and keep the property maintained (snow removal, lawn care.)
  6. If needed, we will arrange eviction process with attorney.
  7. Provide update reports including information, pictures, improvements, etc.
How we will sell your property:
  1. List your property on BrendenAuctions.com which is a nationwide site.
  2. Set an auction date approximately 45 days from time of listing.
  3. Work with a local realtor and have them list the property.
  4. Offers can be made prior to the auction and be accepted by you.
  5. There is only one commission charge including the realtors fees. Brenden Auctions will split up commission according to the contract.
Bankruptcy Auctions:
  1. Brenden Auctions will conduct bankruptcy auctions either live or online.
  2. Brenden Auctions will work with the bankruptcy trustee.
  3. The item or items will be open for auction for approximately two weeks.
  4. If you have enough items, Brenden Auctions will conduct a live auction at your site.
